Beauty Client Assist

What it does

The short version

An inquiry arrives by text. Beauty Client Assist answers what it can from information you approved, asks up to three short administrative questions, and either completes a straightforward booking or routes the conversation to a person with a one-screen summary.

In order, every time

  1. 1

Safety first, before anything reads the message as a question. If someone asked to stop hearing from you, that is honored before any other processing. If they asked for a person, they get one. If a person is already handling the conversation, automation stays silent.

  2. 2

It answers only what you approved.Hours. Location and parking. Payment methods. How consultations work and whether one is required. What a consultation costs. Each answer traces back to a specific fact you approved, and the record shows which one.

  3. 3

It refuses what it should refuse."Will this damage my hair?" is not a coverage gap. It is a question that needs a person, and the software is built to recognize that and hand it over rather than attempt an answer.

  4. 4

It collects, briefly.Up to three short questions, plus at most one photo request. Administrative only. It does not interview your clients.

  5. 5

It hands over with a summary. What they said, what was answered and from which fact, what could not be answered, what was collected, and what needs a person now.

Some appointments can be booked automatically. Others shouldn’t be.

When the service, timing, availability, and booking rules are clear, Beauty Client Assist can help a client choose an available appointment and complete the booking after an explicit final confirmation.

When the request is unclear, requires professional judgment, involves information the business has not approved, or the client asks for a person, Beauty Client Assist stops trying to automate the decision and hands the conversation to the team.

The goal isn’t to avoid booking. It’s to automate the bookings that are safe and straightforward without forcing every client conversation into the calendar.

    Book

Needs a person

  • An unclear request.

  • Anything that requires professional judgment.

  • An answer the business has not approved.

  • A client who asks for a person.

What it still does not do

  • It does not quote a price you have not approved.

  • It does not say whether a service suits a particular person.

  • It does not text anyone who has not texted you first.

  • It does not commit a booking on a casual yes. Confirmation has to be explicit.

Pricing

Not published yet. Pilot pricing is being worked out with the first businesses that run it, and publishing a number we have not tested against real usage would be a guess dressed as a fact.

Messaging

  • When you run Beauty Client Assist, messages are sent from your business number, in your business name, to people who messaged you first.

  • Replies are automated and say so.

  • Automated replies are not switched on yet while carrier registration is completing, so the keyword behavior described here has not been observed end to end. It states the terms of the program, not a capability we have demonstrated.

  • Reply STOP to stop messages. You will receive no further automated messages unless you opt in again.

  • Message frequency varies with the conversation.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • There is no broadcast, no campaign, and no list.

  • We do not send the first message. Not to your clients, and not to businesses we are hoping will become clients.
